You can learn so much about life by speaking with those who have the most experience with it. Mrs. Novak, a 103 year young woman who wears life like a loose garment. Spending an hour interviewing her for the Living Longer documentary taught me that Love and Laughter continue throughout life. We all could use a friend like Smiley!

Living Longer Means Managing Your Stress

Blood pressure, heart disease, depression,…. you name it, are all exacerbated by life stress. This is one area of your life that is worth looking at if you plan on living a long, happy life. The next time you feel “stressed out” take Smiley’s advice, “It could be worse, so keep smiling”.
