Do you want to live longer?

There is that old saying,  “it’s quality, not quantity that counts”. None of us wants to hang on forever feeling sick, losing our mobility, losing our sense of purpose in life because we’ve retired, hanging on to bad relationships or being alone without any relationships, depending on Social Security to eke out a living—all the negatives people sometimes associate with growing older.

Will living longer be a burden on you?

I know a woman named Blythe who, at age eighty, had to turn her whole back yard into a garden in order to feed herself—which was hard to do with her arthritis–and then had her house sold out from under her because she couldn’t pay taxes anymore (her house was paid off by her husband’s and her labors).

Or you can be like Madam Jean Calment, who made a rap CD at age 120, or like Onie Ponder, the 111 year old woman who made it to the polls to cast her vote for Obama—she was ready for change

What will “The 4 Secrets to Living Longer reveal for you”?

In the next chapters we’ll address the question of how long you are going to live and HOW you are going to live so as to reach your potential both in quantity and quality of life. We’ll be looking at the things centenarians and supercentenarians have in common, the choices they make and the quality of life they have. We’ll be laying the groundwork for you to understand the factors that will determine, in part, how long you live and how WELL you live.
