What is the most common reason you go to the doctor?
If you are like most people, you only go to the doctor to get rid of something that you don’t want. Pain is your biggest motivator. But is pain your really the problem?
The truth is, pain is your body telling you that something is wrong. Lets face it, if something was wrong with your body, and you felt nothing, or even felt better, you would probably do nothing. (You might even do more of it!) Your nervous system knows exactly what its doing when you feel pain. Your nervous system is telling you to take action!
Most “health care” is designed to minimize your symptoms
If you have pain you are prescribed a pain “killer”. If you have inflammation you are given an “anti”inflammatory drug. If your stomach is producing acid, you are told to take an “ant” acid. For depression, you need the ever popular “Anti”- depressant. This is called allopathic care. Allopathic means opposite of symptoms.
But since pain is your body telling you that something is not working right, doesn’t it make more sense to look into whats causing the problem? When your “check engine” light comes on in your car, do you cover it with black tape so you don’t see it? Of course not, you take it to a mechanic before the problem gets worse. You might even go on a regular maintenance schedule. So why don’t you do that with your body?
Here is what you should do if you have pain
If you are having pain, or any other symptom for that matter, get it checked out. Most people take better care of their car, which they keep on average 6 years. Consideingr the average life expectancy in the U.S. is about 77, you are probably going to have to take care of your body allot longer than your car. If you are experiencing pain, your best bet is to get it checked by a Chiropractor that does more than just focus on your symptoms. You are going to want a thorough technological assessment that measures muscle efficiencies, Range of Motion, Thermography, x-ray, etc. Having your nervous system checked for function gives you a much better view of your overall health and vitality. Remember your pain is telling you that something is wrong. It is your responsibility to listen and get things back on track towards the health that you deserve. Contact me if you would like to have your your nervous system assessed. Please feel free to add your comments below, I would love to here from you.

Hello!
Saw your listing on haro. Very interesting study.
Just a heads up, we can help with the digitization of old media for the documentary. If your subjects have old movie films, images that you wanted to
incorporate into the project as they tell their life story, we can help.
