Let’s Make 2010 the Healthiest Year We Have All Ever Had

by drdave on January 5, 2010

From Revelation to Resolution

After 8 years of college and Chiropractic school, 13 years of private practice, 20 years of being a personal trainer, and speaking to thousands of people about living healthy lifestyles, I have come to realize something.  I have been blessed with an incredible 38 year journey that includes a life time of learning, teaching, and seeing lives change.  I can look back at those people who have given me opportunities: my mentors, my family, my friends and patients who have shared their lives and experiences with me.

My Revelation

As an almost 40 something Doctor, Father, Husband, business owner, etc., I know how hard it is to put into action all the things you need to do to keep your life in balance.  Knowing what to do and doing them are two different things.  It’s a constant struggle to find the time to exercise, eating right, and keep a healthy work life balance. You can find yourself in a downward spiral, losing ground year after year.   We live demanding stressful lives and how we manage that stress will contribute to our overall quality of health.  My Revelation is that I have considerable knowledge, both practical and applied, that can help you.

The Resolution (in 2 Parts):

1.       My re-commitment is to take action on what I eat, what I think, and how I use my body.  2010 will be the year to accept no less than a full commitment towards my spiritual, mental, and physical vitality.  I have more than enough information and strategies to make that happen.  This year will be about me putting it all together. This blog format allows for you to be a part of my journey.

2.      My commitment to you is to bring you along with me, and supply you with all of the tools and strategies, so you can commit the same for yourself.  By subscribing to the RSS feed, you will gain access to weekly blog articles, newsletters, podcasts and videos.  I know that we can do this together.  You deserve to be healthy throughout your life time.

Let’s make 2010 our best year ever. I am looking forward to having real time conversations with you and hearing about your successes.   Remember, a journey of 1000 miles starts with the first step.  Let’s take that step together.   Sign up for the RSS feed and email newsletter to keep you in the Game.  Feel free to contact me at any time to help coach you through our new Journey in 2010!
